About Autoload Onboard Stability Software

Autoload® is a type approved stability and longitudinal strength loading instrument software. Used around the world, Autoload is installed on virtually every type of vessel – ro-ro, container, bulk, semi-submersibles, coast guard, naval, cruise, fishing, survey, tanker… and more!

Designed to meet IMO loading instrument requirements, Autoload enables vessel operators to perform trim, stability and strength calculations for any condition before leaving port and at sea.

Autoload calculates stability as fuel and consumables are used, makes use of optimal ballast, and evaluates strength and stability in an intact, damaged or grounded condition.

A comparison of the vessel condition can be made against preset strength and stability limits. All calculation results are derived from first principles, and therefore results are true at any displacement and at any angle of trim or heel.

Autoload has been developed specifically for demanding marine operations, providing vessel operators and shore-based personnel with a powerful decision-support tool for safe and efficient loading. Autoload delivers accurate, real-time information to support confident operational decision-making.

Autoload Type Approvals

Autoload is Type Approved by both DNV and Lloyds Register (LR) and vessel specific approvals can be achieved with all classification societies.

Features of Autoload Onboard Stability Software

Autoload Stability provides a very high degree of adaptability to meet your   requirements, such as:

Tailored Reports: Autoload produces vessel specific reports depending on the operational capabilities of the vessel. Reports can generate operational, stability, strength and approval reports for onboard records, audits and compliance requirements.

Tank and Draft Sensor Interface: When on-line, tanks and drafts in the ship’s model are automatically updated to reflect real conditions. You can choose to work off-line to carry out simulations.

Vessel Type-Specific Versions: Autoload has several software versions to meet specific vessel type requirements, such as Tanker, Semi-submersible, RoRo, etc.. .

Stability Criteria Assesment: Autoload is capable of assessing various stability criteria such as Intact, Damage, Crane, Firefighting, Anchor Handling, Towing, Heavy Lift, Special Operational Activities, etc...

Customizable Alert System: Autoload continuously monitors vessel stability and loading parameters, providing clear warnings and alerts when operational limits or predefined criteria are exceeded.

Multiple Views: The software provides a variety of visual interfaces to support operational planning and decision making, including Profile, Plan, and Body Views, Cargo Deck Layout and 3D Model.

Modules: ASC has developed a range of specialist modules tailored to vessel specific operations including Deck & Crane Loading , Anchor Handling, Tugs and Towage, Stinger, Stowage Planning System (SPS), etc..
