Our suite of marine engineering software offers a truly integrated approach for every step of the CAD/CAM process from generating hull lines through to nesting of parts. Many other vendors offer a solution to one part of the CAD/CAM design process and so users choosing that path end up with a variety of software and as a result experience a ‘disjointed’ design process. When you begin the process with Autoship, the model that is created is used throughout the entire CAD/CAM process. And when you make changes to the Autoship model, all the other programs can easily adapt to the revision. The Autoship System was developed by naval architects for naval architects and continues to offer you the very best integrated approach from start to finish. If your company realizes the benefits of a seamless engineering process then they will realize Autoship Systems Corporation has the preferred solution.
AutoHydro Std & Pro
AutoHydro is our complete naval architectural calculation program, which allows the user to define any vessel type or floating structure, using the companion program ModelMaker (supplied with AutoHydro) and then to perform naval architectural calculations on the model, such as hydrostatics, cross curves of stability, tank capacities, intact stability, damage stability using deterministic or probabilistic methods.
AutoShip
The Autoship hull design/surface modelling program combines the graphical user interface of Windows with the dexterity of NURBS (Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline) mathematics, the high-end CAD standard for surface modelling, to give you the tools to quickly and efficiently create any hull shape from a racing yacht to a super tanker, including the superstructure and appendages.
AutoStructure
AutoStructure Suite is our production suite which includes the AutoStructure program for modelling the vessel structure, and thereafter outputting CAD drawings, nesting details and other production support through Production manager. AutoStructure can interface with third party software to include piping and electrical interfacing.
AutoPower
AutoPower is our powering and resistance prediction program, Autopower‘s advanced user interface enables optimization of hull parameters based upon 12 independent resistance and propulsion methods for displacement, semi-displacement, planing hulls and catamarans.
AutoPlate
Autoplate performs plate expansion calculations for both developable and non-developable plates. Autoplate helps in the layout and forming of the shell plating. It is based on a modern proprietary expansion algorithm.

Autoload® is a type approved stability and longitudinal strength loading instrument software. Used around the world, Autoload is installed on virtually every type of vessel – ro-ro, container, bulk, semi-submersibles, coast guard, naval, cruise, fishing, survey, tanker… and more!
Autoload Stability uses a complete 3D model of the vessel, identical to the model used for creating the approved stability booklet. The model includes all buoyant parts of the vessel, including tanks and void spaces. The non-buoyant superstructure is used for wind calculations.
Designed to meet IMO loading instrument requirements, Autoload Stability enables vessel operators to perform proper trim, stability and strength calculations for any load condition before leaving port and at any time while at sea. The main window shows profile, plan, and body plan views of the ship in the loaded condition, as well as calculated hydrostatic values. Autoload Stability calculates stability as fuel and consumables are used, makes use of optimal ballast, and evaluates strength and stability in an intact, damaged or grounded condition. A comparison of the vessel condition can be made against preset strength and stability limits. All calculation results are derived from first principles, and therefore results are true at any displacement and at any angle of trim or heel.
Customizable Program
Autoload Stability provides a very high degree of adaptability to meet your loading instrument requirements. Specifically, Autoload Stability offers the following:
Tailoring of reports: Autoload Stability includes a very flexible macro language, allowing program output to be easily modified to meet your needs. Interface with tank and draft sensors: Autoload Stability reads tank and draft sensors. When on-line, tanks and drafts in the ship’s model are automatically updated to reflect real conditions. You can choose to work off-line to carry out simulations.
Integrate with vessel control systems: Autoload Stability can be integrated with your vessel control system. For example, the powerful analytical capabilities of our software combined with the monitoring function of your onboard control system may be used to maintain vessel draft, trim and heel within operator-specified ranges
Vessel Type-Specific Versions: Autoload Stability has several versions to meet specific vessel type requirements. Our Standard version includes all standard stability and strength functionality. The Semi-submersible version includes features required by the offshore industry rig operators, and is also used by heavy lift vessels. Our Tanker version includes petroleum and non-petroleum tanker needs.
Autoload Offshore
Autoload Offshore is developed from a proven line of stability software products that have been operating in a diverse range of vessel types for more than 10 years – including Offshore Support, Tanker, Heavy Lift, Bulk, Container, RoRo, Naval, Coast Guard, Survey, Cable, and Cruise Ships. Autoload makes calculations based on exact digital models – which means you always get simulation based on real parameters and not on interpolation of table-based values. Autoload can input data from any sensor system you choose to operate, and can also accept manually entered data at any time.
ASC Offshore systems integrate draft, stability, ballast, structural strength, cargo, and other data in real time, and provide the tools necessary to make the best possible use of this data for both operations and planning. The software is individually set up to reflect each rig, platform, or support vessel; however, users with multiple installations benefit from both a common interface and a flexible database structure – linking operations and planning functions at sea and ashore.
Stowage Planning Software
Autoship Systems Corporation Stowage Planning Systems do far more than just model how cargo will fit in your vessels: they handle any cargo you transport, all voyages, all ports, and all your vessels; they are global information systems that permit both long-range and immediate planning; they incorporate your existing bookings database, and bring shipping operations fully into your supply chain management system.
Central to our stowage planning software is our concept of the electronic stowage plan, or Stowage Plan File. The stowage plan file is the repository for all information associated with your stowage simulation for a particular vessel and voyage. The stowage plan Information stored includes the graphical representation, the booking list being used, the location and status of cargo within the vessel, and the corresponding hydrostatic condition of the vessel. These stowage plan files also provide the key to seamless data transfer. All Autoship stowage planning systems include the latest version of our comprehensive hydrostatics analysis engine – Autoload®.

Our DNV and LLOYDS type approved stability and load planning software, Autoload, is a robust, intuitive, easy to use program that offers a simple to understand display of key hydrostatic values that are critical for safe vessel loading. With minimal input from the user, the program provides a quick and accurate assessment of the vessel’s current stability status, loads and important margins. The user is then free to make critical decisions while the computer takes care of the mathematical complexity.
